Saturday 25. / OXI club

23:00 Maque
00:30 rEmPiT g0dDe$$
01:30 Gadutra
02:30 Lechuga Zafiro (live)
03:30 Genosidra
05:00 Nuevo Prohibido b2b DJ LOUI FROM JUPITER4

With this brilliant line-up, it’s definitely one of the festival’s curatorial highlights.

rEmPiT g0dDe$$ is a leading force in Southeast Asian experimental electronic music. Her groundbreaking work, released on labels like Yes No Wave and POSTWORLD, blends Southeast Asian tunings with electronic dance music. Notable projects include a reimagining of Matthew Herbert’s Stonework and her own album, PRIME ENERGY, showcasing her innovative soundscapes and compositional skill.

Gadutra is pure combustion — a DJ, producer, tattoo artist, and force of nature weaving chaos into creation. Splitting her time between Rio de Janeiro, Lisbon, and Berlin, her sound is a collision of baile funk, footwork, noise, and raw industrial grit that turns arenas for freedom, sweat-soaked resistance, and sonic transcendence. We recommend this absolutely mad mix full of Brazilian heat for Fiestuki – a latinx queer collective and party based in Berlin and Mexico.

Lechuga Zafiro: there is no need for an introduction for Swine Daily readers. Zafiro dives deep into the textures of Latin American identity, crafting a sonic language that bridges field recordings, experimental soundscapes, and dancefloor energy. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, (we recommend his videos from field-recording in the jungle) he has developed various soundtracks and sample packs, weaving the calls of animals, the hum of objects, and ambient landscapes into his creations. As a DJ, Zafiro thrives on unpredictability, playfully disregarding genre boundaries to build dynamic, immersive sets that blend the poetic and the primal.

Genosidra: The Colombian producer, DJ, and sound artist moves fluidly between Bogotá and Buenos Aires, where he’s a core member of the Hiedrah Club de Baile collective and the experimental noise outfit BlancoTeta. His work collides contemporary electronics, experimental music, and noise, carving a non-linear approach to dance music that disrupts traditional rhythms with jagged textures and chaotic elegance, channeling pachanga noise into sonic rituals. We saw Genosidra’s DJ sets in Buenos Aires and really recommend not to miss him at CTM.

Sat 27. / Morphine Raum (workshop) + Mon 27. / radialsystem, halle (A/V performance)

Argentinian Agustín Genoud is a performer, musician and academic in the field of human voice studies and posthumanism. Genoud creates systems and designs processes that amplify and transform the human voice. The new piece “Liederbuch der Apokalypsen” is an A/V premiere by Agustín Genoud blending choral performance, live electronics, and video art into apocalyptic themes from a post-human perspective. Envisioning a cosmic revelation where an otherworldly entity delivers a vision of the world’s end, the performers embody a range of voices through extended vocal techniques and experimental vocal processing—from human to animal to machine. Highly recommended.

+ On Saturday 27., Agustín is leading a workshop “Where is a Voice Built? Performative Practices for Tekno-organic Voicing”. It’s aim will be to explore how to approach to different techniques/machines/systems and create expressive musical/sound gestures with them focusing on how to design setups for live musical performance. “We will explore an ecosystem of tekno-organical practices to develop hybrid vocal performances.”

Wednesday 29. / radialsystem (halle)

19:00 Theo Alexander & Qow – »So Afraid To Show I Care« (ft. Otteswed & Klara Pudlakova)
20:15 —__–____Seth Graham & More Eaze – »Night Of Fire«

Theo Alexander & Qow

“So Afraid to Show I Care” is more an archive than a performance. Through scraps of tape loops, symphonic poems from voice notes, and an underwater organ, Cairo’s QOW and London’s Theo Alexander summarize more than a year of collaboration in a single evening. The couple recently presented themselves at the PAF festival in Olomouc. At CTM, they will perform along with rapper Otteswed and double bass Czech virtuoso Klara Pudlakova.

Thursday 30. / Berghain (Main + Säule + Panorama bar)

The Thursday program at Berghain (approximately from 22:00 to 8:00) will be definitely another highlight. Across three stages in the most renowned club, CTM curators have prepared more than 15 artists. We recommend our personal favorites, like Deize Tigrona (funk carioca rap legend) >> alys(alys)alys (also part of our Swine World 003 compilation) >> aya with MFO (dynamic audio-visual mix, that interrogates both perception and identity) >> Kasimyn (from Gabber Modus Operani – Indonesian musical traditions meets brutal club sound) >> Minna-no-kimochi (Tokyo trance ambassadors) >> obese.dogma777 (pop culture glitch) >> State OFFF (gqom innovator). That will mean absolutely unique worldwide sonic explorations. There aren’t many places where you could experience all this together.

Friday 31. / Volksbühne

“CORTEX” is a performance piece by Kianí del Valle (KDV) Performance Group with Tayhana and Hamill Industries. Commissioned by Sónar and CTM, CORTEX delves into the liminal realms that straddle life and death, solitude and connection. Drawing upon extensive research into the remarkable resilience of the human brain—particularly the functions of gamma waves and the temporal lobe, which sustain consciousness even in the face of bodily decline— »CORTEX« unfolds in four distinct acts. Each act examines various physiological states.

Friday 31. / Alte Münze Prägehalle

19:00 Takkak Takkak feat Brandon Tay
20:00 femtanyl
21:00 AKA HEX

Friday will be a busy day at the CTM for sure. The duo Takkak Takkak summon explosive polyrhythms and trance-inducing concoction of thundering bass, frenzied vocals, and raw energy, underpinned by a mischievous sense of humor.

„electronic-hyperpop-jungle-dnb-breakcore-cringecore-furry-rave-techno-webcore-Toronto“ are the keywords behind Femtanyl’s single „KATAMARI“ on Bandcamp. You don’t have to be a core fan of the breakcore or hyperpop to sense the artist’s raw talent. It feels like Femtanyl is leading the whole new scene with their signature sound.

AKA HEX is a collaboration between Slikback and Aïsha Devi, merging their distinct sonic identities into an electrifying, otherworldly fusion. Combining Devi’s ethereal avant-pop vocals and spiritual depth with Slikback’s frenetic, bass-heavy production and hallucinogenic sound design. Seen at Unsound Krakow 2024, one of the most memorable shows.

Friday 31. / Alte Münze Club (Cage floor)

22:10 Jamira Estrada
23:40 PEB
00:30 Modulaw
02:00 Loto Retina
03:00 Hassan Abou Alam
04:30 Tati au Miel

Jamira Estrada merges her classical training in electroacoustic composition with a gut-grabbing dancefloor synthesis rooted in broken beats, dubstep, and techno. Raised in a family deeply embedded in the arts, her practice also integrates DJ workshops and initiatives to support femme, intersex, and non-binary artists.

Modulaw conducts architectures of sound, resonant ecosystems where unseen narratives strobillate. A frequent collaborator of experimental hip-hop artists such as Brodinski and Xzavier Wulf, he’s drawing from an eclectic palette that ranges from hyper-futuristic drill and hip-hop drum patterns to acousmatic compositions and 3D audio. One of our favorite producers.

„A raw annihilation to the lunar plexus. A feverish and brutal theatrical assault, drenched in distorted beats, twisted electronics, and explosive vocals,“ writes CTM.
PΞB is indeed a relentless fusion of industrial, punk, noise rock and metal, crafted with the precision of a sonic weapon. Elements of horror, from spoken word poetry to howling vocal performances, this Berlin-based duo creates a viciously throbbing experience both musical and theatrical.

Loto Retina is a „gnom n bass“ master. Based in Marseille, the multidisciplinary artist is known for pushing the boundaries of sound, performance, and digital art, with a knack for transforming spaces into sensory playgrounds – whether intimate venues in Marseille or large multimedia installations – that reflect a fascination with the textures of the present and the histories embedded in sound.
