Tohtoročné Creepy Teepee prebehne od 10. do 12. júla (3 dni programu). Asi najvýznamnejšie podujatie undergroundovej hudby (nielen) v Česku sa prvýkrát od založenia v roku 2009 presúva mimo Kutnej Hory. A to na pražský ostrov Štvanice. Denný program sa uskutoční na outdoor stage, na noc sa hudba presunie do klubov Bike Jesus a Fuchs2. Aj keď niektorým môže vadiť strata historickej malebnosti mestečka Kutná Hora, Štvanice je pre mňa viac než vhodný priestor. No, nechajme sa prekvapiť!
„Od začiatku bola Kutná Hora miestom, kde sa tento festival neustále konal, a to aj napriek zmenám, improvizácii, zvláštnym podmienkam a všetkým tým čudným malým nehodám, ktoré prichádzajú so snahou udržať niečo také pri živote. Zostali ste s nami od roku 2009 na 5 rôznych miestach a v posledných rokoch sa Voršilky stali miestom, ktoré sme si naozaj obľúbili a chceli sme tam zostať. Ale tento rok sa kláštor rozhodol, že nám už priestor neprenajme… urobili sme, čo sme mohli, aby sme ho tam a v KH udržali, ale niektoré veci sa rozhodujú inde. Takže radšej, než aby sme tento rok stroskotali, sťahujeme sa,“ píšu organizátori na sociálnych sieťach.
Na CT sa počas viac ako 15 ročnej histórie objavili niektorí z najzaujímavejších a najinovatívnejších umelcov undergroundových hudobných scén z celého sveta. Dean Blunt, Abra, Kamixlo, Endgame, Rabit, Yves Tumor, Nkisi, Angel-Ho, Croatian Amor, Nidia Minaj, Gaika, Zora Jones, Mykki Blanco, Slowdive, Rosa Pistola, Merca Bae, Klein, Kilbourne, Dasychira, Yung Beef, Kelman Duran, Meuko! Meuko!, Show Me The Body, Slug Christ, Deli Girls, Juliana Huxtable, Elvin Brandhi, Bladee, Carerina Barbieri, Ecco2k, bod, Oli XL, Gabber Modus Operandi, Evilgiane, DJ G2G a ďalší a ďalší. Ide o absolútne highlighty svetovej scény.

a potom viac-menej podobný počet lajkov. Sú toto “najobľúbenejší” umelci? Uvidíme. My sme si pozreli doteraz celý zverejnený program a vybrali sme umelcov, ktorí sú Swine Daily najbližší.
Frost Children na jeseň 2025 vydali prelomový album SISTER. Na Instagrame napísali: “Our best album – it feels like falling in love with dance music over and over again. This is a dream album – a fantasy of where pop can go… about love and heartbreak and all the stuff that happens in between.. maximal Emotional Dance Music.”
A je pravda, že táto dvojica ako kométa prelietajúca slnečnou sústavou razí novú cestu hudbe, ktorá je niekde na pomedzí pop music a EDM. A zanecháva stopu ďalších umelcov, ktorí ich nasledujú, alebo sa nimi inšpirujú. Novinkou je EP Tweaker Poem, ktoré vyjde len pár dní pred Creepy Teepee. Čo stojí za týmto projektom dvojica prezradila v tlačovej správe:
“After dealing with a horrifying stalker in NYC we wanted to self-isolate and make a short project in one sitting fueled by sleep deprivation and discomfort. The songs on the EP are tracklisted in the order we made them, from morning until the next morning. ‘Tweaker Poem’ is an ode to psychotic obsession and transcendent admiration for an Idol – when love letters start to sound more tweaky and oddly spiteful than loving. The project sympathizes with and beautifies the dejected loner, the lover who doesn’t know how to read the room, too obsessed with maintaining a private fantasy to invest in reality. The tweaker, by our definition embodied by the possessive/obsessive laser-focused lover-weirdo, deserves to laugh and cry and have anthems, too.”

“Festival vznikol v roku 2009 ako nezávislý projekt A.M.180 collective. Od začiatku išlo o inú víziu, o komunitu, experiment, hudbu, ktorá posúva a priestor, ktorý umožňuje bytie bez očakávaní. Môžem potvrdiť, že Creepko je naozaj miestom, kde môžeš byť čímkoľvek a nikomu to nepríde zvláštne (teda zrejme až na skupinku miestnych, ktorí na nás pred bránami festivalu kričali, že sme emo). Nikdy som na jednom mieste nevidela toľko nádherných ľudí pokope (a toľko swagu). Z Creepy Teepee si nesiem pocit spojenia. S hudbou, so sebou aj s inými, s nádejou. Pocit solidarity – že aj keď je svet vonku plný násilia a bolesti, môžeme sa tu na chvíľu zhromaždiť a vyjadriť náš smútok v jednom veľkom imaginárnom objatí,” napísala Sasha z minulého ročníka Creepy Teepee.

Osobne moji najväčší favoriti. Keby som mal vystihnúť našu civilizáciu v roku 2026 a urobiť album, ktorý by perfektne reprezentoval súčasný mix globálnych štýlov, znel by ako B0YG1RL – EXIT 2B (Surf Gang Records).
Haitian / Honduran duo B0YG1RL, consisting of composer June Vinette and filmmaker Angela Rio, is an experimental Black queer and trans electronic music duo and multimedia visual art collective based in Miami, Florida. Serving up an off-kilter cocktail of local Miami bass, baile funk, Haitian konpas and dembow riddims, they’ve quickly received co-signs from underground heavyweights such as Crystallmess, umru, Ninajirachi, Nick León and visual artist/musician Frank Dorrey. From the white-hot, fizzing-synth frenzy of their breakout single ‘Je M’appelle Tété’ to the bludgeoning 808s and raw off-ramps of their EXIT 2B EP, B0YG1RL have been releasing rule-breaking bangers juxtaposed with unexpected downtempo groundings, trading pristine redlining for a raw, verité style celebrating community, resilience, Afro-diasporic storytelling and Miami geography. B0YG1RL’s vision extends beyond the dance floor. Their visual work frequently archives and captures local oral histories, translating them into different media like public video portraits and community-led activations. They document and elevate historical Black and Caribbean spaces across South Florida—specifically capturing the textures and the spiritual architecture of Miami at large.

Ship Sket is 27-year-old Josh Griffiths. Originally from Dorset, he’s lived in Manchester for seven years and forged his own path within the city’s welcoming and close-knit music scene, arriving on Planet Mu this autumn with his debut album InitiatriX. Sonically, the album is a homage to the UK styles that Josh loves: dubstep, grime, drill and rap, but on an emotional level it’s about spirituality, fetish, and latent darkness hidden by outward appearances. Josh says about his process
“I like happy accidents, messing around and resampling, and kind of seeing how far I can push stuff before it disintegrates in front of me.“ Not so much deconstructed so much as derailed; „I’ve heard my tunes on a club system and gone wow that mix sounds bad, but the tune is still popping. My approach is a lot more stylistic than it is technical.“
InitiatriX is a smeared mix of distorted pop, underwater drill, dubby musique concrète and the downright dada. There are dramatic string passages and naked piano; Josh drops from twitchy electronics to blooms of distortion, found-sound and lo-fi drum patterns and sometimes all those things at once.
“I do think of production as a divine practice because it is a mass-channeling of creative force. Putting together a track is drawing down energy and organising it into the best possible shape, like a huge elaborate puzzle. Sometimes the tracks will write themselves, and that is a beautiful feeling.“

Violent Magic Orchestra
Toto je jeden z najsilnejších hudobných zážitkov, aké som stihol zažiť. V Berghaine na main stage, počas CTM Festivalu. Skupina japonských umelcov v kostýmoch (s podobným makeupom) ako glam rocková kapela KISS, brutálny heavy metal s rýchlymi gitarami a šialenou kombináciou elektroniky, gabberu, techna. A to všetko v teatrálnej industrálnej anime energii.
VMO is an extreme art-music project from the fictional planet HELVETECH, year 2099, combining techno, black metal, industrial, noise, gabber, blinding strobes, and heavy smoke. Often described as black metal meets Kraftwerk — Aphex Twin in corpse paint, the group is known for overwhelming AV performances and extraordinary power consumption, reaching up to 5000W live. Formed by members adopting names of black metal bands and visual director KEZZARDRIX, VMO later expanded with vocalist Zastar. Their debut album Catastrophic Anonymous featured Chip King of The Body, SUNN O))), and Attila Csihar of Mayhem, followed by the 2024 album DEATH RAVE, with contributions from Attila Csihar, Kælan Mikla, Dylan Walker of Full of Hell, and Ican Harem of Gabber Modus Operandi. Their current project, RAINBOW FROM ANGEL CORPSE, continues the evolution of DEATH RAVE into an immersive, multidisciplinary performance where body, brain, hallucination, black metal, rave culture, and apocalyptic light merge into what the group frames as a new substitute for religion.

ideas for conversation sú mojím obľúbeným objavom z line-upu. V marci duo vydalo len svoje prvé EP “no bad words”.
Na Bandcampe ich sprevádzajú jednoduché hashtagy: #electronic, #dance_music, #New_York. Pracujú najmä s drum machines a syntezátormi. Glitchy, lo-fi, minimalistická tanečná hudba, niekedy za sprievodu mierne letargických a uvoľnených vokálov. Výstižný komentár na Bandcamp: “crystal castles, but folktronica. need I say more?”

Deathcrash
Deathcrash sú tiež veľmi príjemným objavením. Pod ich prvým releasom na Bandcampe, singlom „Slumber“, nájdete tagy ako: rock, emo, indie, post-rock, slowcore, London. Ideálne spojenie na Creepy Teepee. Kapela mi znie ako kvalitná verzia Dukly. Ten typ nostalgie a pomalých gitár s jemnými melódiami, ktoré sú však stráviteľné. Asi im pomohlo aj londýnske počasie.

Saraunh0ly
Witch-house, gabber a klasická hudba sú obľúbené žánre brooklynskej umelkyne s albánskym pôvodom Saraunh0ly. Všetky tieto a ďalšie vplyvy producentka a vokalistka mixuje originálnym štýlom a vzniká zaujímavá zmes éterických snových vokálov, syntezátorových “retro” melódii s tanečným klubovým rytmom.

Described by NME as “a paean to the saturnalia of youth and all the lows that come after” and described by Glamcult Magazine as “piercing and cathartic in her liberation”, Izzy Camina extends her hands through the shadow of modernity.
Izzy Camina tvorí tak zaujímavú zmes EDM hudby a zasnených popových vokálov, že je ju ťažko porovnávať s inými umelcami. Jej pesničky pripomínajú nábeh na drop od EDM mainstreamových producentov ako Calvin Harris či DJ Tiësto, no Izzy dokáže spracovať túto atmosféru do svojho unikátneho “anjelského” alternatívneho štýlu. Jej DJ set pre The Lot Radio je rovnako kreatívny, ako jej vlastné tracky.

Hornet
Hornet is an alternative pop singer/producer from New Jersey living in London on a Global Talent Visa. Her music style flirts with ballad-y melodies and bass lines of the late 90’s infused with trip-hoppy, industrial electronic production. She released her first EP in July of 2024, featuring her song Silkworm, which was originally released with Slow Dance Records in January 2024, and has played alongside Viji, Suzy Clue, RIP Magic, Hank, Sunken and more.
Speváčka má podmanivý hlas a originálne hudobné produkcie. Balansuje na hranici alternatívneho R&B a pop music. Ak bude hrať Hornet pred Izzy Caminou, bude to ideálne napojenie podobných, no dvoch originálnych štýlov.
