We are stoked to announce the second LATIN CORE event, that our Swine Daily founder Krištof Budke (Vlzques) is organizing for the Fuchs2 club. After a successful debut party with CRRDR and Linapary, two of Colombia’s most wanted DJs, producers, and club promoters, Fuchs 2 will showcase exclusive 3 Czech premieres. With collaboration with Fuego Razzmatazz, one of Barcelona’s most important clubs (from underground to mainstream), Mia Flaw and Naguiyami will represent some of the best forward-thinking club music.

The third Czech premiere will be a really exciting one. Sausha – Colombia-born, Miami-bred DJ and muse Sausha De La Ossa is New York nightlife’s most alluring fixture. The 25-year-old’s sets combine dark techno, and ambient with experimental sounds from Latin America.
Now, we have conducted a short interview with Mia and Nagui about their upcoming trip from Barcelona to Prague:
When and how did you meet?
Mia Flaw: We met at parties until we started working and sharing many moments together. Nagui is like my mother.
Naguiyami: Tbh I can’t remember the exact moment we met but we started to get really close this year having gigs together, little vacations, partying, and new experiences as besties 😉
What do you like about Razzmatazz club?
Mia Flaw: I love that they have no limits when it comes to betting on different types of artists, it’s a great point of reference in curation.
Naguiyami: It’s a club I’ve been going to for the longest time so it feels like my comfort zone. But a highlight for me is the variety of music genres you can get in one night, discovering new DJs and the fact that it has five rooms!
How often do you go partying in Barcelona?
Mia Flaw: Normally I usually have 2 different moods, either I go out to party with my friends and live the night with full energy and nonstop dancing or I go alone to listen and see the DJs. I always end up meeting people from the scene on the dance floor. This last option is usually the most inspiring for me as a DJ.
Naguiyami: I used to go out every week at least once but now, I just go out to see DJs I’m interested in get to know their music, and support friends especially. But also to dance, move some ass, if you know you know 😉
What does DJ-ing mean for you?
Naguiyami: Now it’s become sort of a lifestyle, exploring different variations of it, the fact that one is in control of the mood during a little section of the night, the emotional aspect, and the social one. I could go on but my answer would be a long novel haha.
Mia Flaw: For me, it is a way to create a musical journey for both myself and the audience. Being able to connect the music that I love and admire is a pleasure.
Do you have some DJs or artists that inspire you, and in which way?
Mia Flaw: For some time now, I have been very obsessed with artists like Loris, Benfika, AMANTRA, or TSVI. The drums, timpani, and sounds from their music are related to dance in an earthly way, which makes me feel many things.
Naguiyami: I always say this, but my top choices are my DJ friends, especially DREA who I consider my friend and big sister. She has pushed me to do more things, try new things, and open my mind more. But most importantly how emotionally we support each other which is a topic not many people discuss but is important to have in mind, the mental health of artists in the night scene.
What do you hate or don’t like in the club culture, or related to the DJ world?
Mia Flaw: Probably the closed minds, and the people that don’t see more than one genre of music (and they see everything else does not seem valid to them). But hey, it’s okay, that’s why so many of us came, to change things, I suppose.
Naguiyami: As Mia says, the closed minds… It’s so fun to listen to new things!! But also, different topic, as an Asian woman I feel like sometimes I can be treated as dumb or I don’t know what I’m doing which I’ve experienced before… But what I love is to show them that I can 😉
What do you want to see/try in Prague?
Naguiyami: I wanna eat trdelník again, I love sweet stuff. Also, I’m excited to see the Christmas decorations and how pretty it looks!!
Mia Flaw: I honestly want to walk and see the streets there, it’s the first time I’ve visited the city and I’m dying to discover it. I always wanted to come!
