Dental Boid – Dental Boid EP
„Dental Boid EP“ with a mysterious glowy green silhouette of a horse on a white background is Helsinki’s Dental Boid’s first project. „Conceived between late 2025 and early 2026, Dental Boid’s debut release seeks to compose the monolithic presence of the sound object,“ writes on his Bandcamp. It’s an interesting minimal exploration of stripped electronic dance music.
ygaarth – my superior enemy
I found this project under #experimental and #post-club hashtags on Bandcamp. Serbian producer ygaarth delves into cold, robotic harsh noise and futuristic beats. It sounds like a clash between two samurais in cyberspace (exactly like the project’s artwork).
Angel Cat – Nymphe
„Nymphe is Emilia Rigaud’s (Angel Cat) anti-club manifesto. A visceral fusion of deconstructed club, glitchy IDM, drum and bass and raw field recordings,“ states the Bandcamp description. I found the unique atmosphere between soft and „angelic“ voice samples and synths and deconstructed hard club beats.
WULFFLUW XCIV – BAAD BATIDA DEMOS 2020-26
This compilation of „baad batidas“ is exactly the evidence of why WULFFLUW XCIV is one of the most consistent and innovative voices in underground club music worldwide. Raw originality, energy, and spirit. You can always hear it. Respect.
Producer wrote: „Rooted in batida, kuduro and tarraxinha, but constantly drifting through dembow, baile funk, witch house and experimental electronics — these recordings capture moments of process rather than final form. Most of these tracks were never meant to be released, yet I found some lovely moments in each track: synths, transitions, rhythm structures, or even just 1 percussion hit.“
EYRA – THEMBOW (TOOLS)
This is a collection of DJ edits by Barcelona-based DJ and producer Eyra. He claims that it was „recorded onto cassette with an (un)healthy dose of tape saturation.“ Refreshing experiment with dance genres from the Caribbean.
The Bug, Friday Night Plans – Ladybug 3
„A lower, slower, even more wasted transmission from their off-planet twilight zone, the submerged dub pop, that is ‚If‘, follows up The Bug and Friday Night Plans‘ previous nocturnal killer (‚Miss U‘) with a glacial gem. This E.P. is the latest vital installment in The Bug, aka Kevin Richard Martin’s Ladybug series of releases, on his increasingly crucial PRESSURE imprint.“ Another quote from the official description: „If Wong Kar-wai filmed in Bristol, and hired Kevin to score the movie, it would surely sound like this…“
La Union Metalurgica – untitled 11 track tape
Metalurgic union. Apt name indeed. I found this project while checking out the news from legendary L.I.E.S. Records on Bandcamp. The (nuclear) bombastic rawness of this electronic music got me hooked from the first second. Favorite moment: screeching sounds of a synthesizer on „The Fool“ track.

William Parker – Waltz for Gregory
Now, a little bit of relaxation after all the intense post-club electronic experiments. This is a new album by jazz living legend, a double bassist and bandleader, William Parker (who played with Cecil Taylor for over a decade). What I love on Parker’s albums is this playfulness of bass and collaboration with vocalists. It’s a seamless blend of playfulness, fun, and deep creative exploration.

Passaçaum is a newly formed label formed by Brazilian DJs and producers Clementaum, LAZA and RKills. It is „focused on electronic music and its branches, with a special emphasis on artists from the Global South. From Brazilian Funk to Latin Club, from Guaracha to Bubbling – including Raptor House and Techno – our mission is to bring sound to the world, without borders.“ Great introduction for contemporary hybrid club lovers across the globe.
Actress – Radical Frame
„Radical Frame arrives 18 years after the debut album Hazyville, and it feels like an apotheosis. The image realised. We get the full gamut of Actress signatures. Short bursts of broken-down music. Tiny sketches of zoomed-in sound. Refracted dance floor heat. And we get more. We get appearances from CASISDEAD on ‘Live By You’ (another image, another mask) and Rainy Miller (another artist from the provinces, Preston),“ we can read on Bandcamp. I would recommend this EP to anyone who is not familiar with Actress‘ music. It’s a perfect encapsulation of his eerie, dreamy soundscapes. Magic realism in electronic music.
