[Swine Premiere] New art-pop talent Kaio Folly debuts on TT

Debuting on the London-based TT (FKA Tobago Tracks), El Odiado is Kaio Folly’s first release. The eight-track record provides a close, visceral perspective on Kaio’s colorful universe. Presenting her perspectives atop hazy pop production, Kaio eschews sentimentality in favor of coded nostalgia. Paying her respects to the past without letting it consume, the record’s signature robust beats and ascendant vocals are interspersed with interludes exploring shards of the artist’s sonic past. El Odiado is released via TT on October 20th.
